"Japan. Mount Fuji-son" Acrylic Landscape Mountain Water Painting

$850.00

“Japan. Mount Fuji-son” is an acrylic painting, one of several in my international series created for my solo exhibition “The Roads of Life” at the Holland Area Arts Council, Michigan, in February 2020. The enigmatic spirit of the Mount Fuji-son is certainly the center of this piece of art. However, at the final stage of the painting process, a strong intuitive decision came upon me to add real leaves from the Japanese Maple Tree we grow right by our front door. It was a logical solution to bring a Zen element of that Japan place we had experienced not long ago and connect it with our place of living here in Michigan.

Whether you have already visited Japan or just dreaming about this adventure, this remarkable painting will bring a peaceful feeling of nature into your home. Perfect for adding a touch of elegance and calm to any space, this artwork celebrates the harmony of human and nature.
