"Australia. The Sacred Uluru" Australian Landscape Oil Painting

$365.00

“ Australia. The Sacred Uluru” was painted right after our trip to Australia. This painting depicts this enigmatic country’s heart- the Uluru-Kata Tjutu National Park., where we spent several days in our one-month exploration there. This giant rock is located in the middle of a large desert and believed by the aboriginals as sacred. Interestingly, the colors of this rock are changed considerably throughout the day and that makes the experience truly surreal.

This painting, along with several dozen others dedicated to 24 countries I had visited and lived in, was a part of my solo show in 2020 at the Holland Area Arts Council, called “The Roads of Life”.

This piece of art could take a viewer on a trip to a far-away place and could be a fabulous addition to any home, whether it is a traditional or a contemporary one.
